La Mano (9th Arrondissement) “This is more of a cocktail-bar-club – très chic, but with an excellent, soulful groove. The beat is often slower, more Afro-House and Deep Disco, ideal for dancing your way into the night before things get heavy. It is classe and the people are well-dressed. A perfect spot to experience the French Touch with a hint of Latin flavour. This is the sound of Paris when it feels good.”

La Java (10th Arrondissement) “This is the true Underground Vibe. Hidden beneath a shopping center in Belleville, this place has a raw, authentic energy. People were dancing here as far back as the 1930s! Today, it’s a hotspot for the crème of local DJs and experimental beats. It is not glamorous, non. It is authentique and cru (raw). If you want the beat to truly grab you, go to La Java. But don’t be late!”

Bonus Tip: Le Flow (1st Arrondissement – for special events) “I have to mention Le Flow. It is a boat on the Seine! While it is known, only the insiders know which parties to attend. Look for events focusing on Melodic Techno or Micro-House. The view, the music, and the feeling of dancing on the water – c’est sublime! A perfect place to see how the Parisian scene celebrates when it treats itself.”

“Listen, mes amis. There are nights in Paris that breathe, and then there is this one night that casts a shadow over all the others. I’m talking about a fête (party) so exclusive, I cannot reveal the host’s name. C’est la règle—but I will paint the picture for you.

The location: Sagenhaft (Fabulous). A glass conservatory on the rooftop of a historic palace. The air smelled of jasmine and expensive wood, everywhere flickering candlelight catching the mist of the champagne. A 360-degree view over the Ville Lumière—the Eiffel Tower glowed only for us, like a perfect bijou (jewel).

The host? An international icon. A figure whose name is a global chord. Someone who moved with a certain regal grace, yet danced with the abandon of a teenager. I watched this person close their eyes as my Deep House beat dropped—music that was deep and soulful, almost like a confession. It was pure elegance meeting uninhibited ecstasy simultaneously. A look that said: ‘Tu m’as eu.’ (You got me.)

My sound was the perfect frame for that moment of perfection. And yes, mon Dieu, the fee was a whisper of wealth that you could barely count—but that was only the frame. The true picture was that moment: perfection in light, rhythm, and an unnamed smile.
